Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
• You can book directly via our website.
• Full payment is required to secure your place.
• All payments are processed in USD (United States Dollars), but you can pay using any currency.
• Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and all necessary details.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. To cancel your padel camp booking, please send us an email to info@wanderlands.travel
Refunds will be processed as follows:
Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund (100%).
30 days or more before the camp date: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before the camp date: No refund.
Note: Refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us for further assistance.
3. Visas & Travel Requirements
• You are responsible for ensuring you meet Bali’s entry requirements (valid passport, visa if required).
• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
4. Delays & Force Majeure
• We are not responsible for missed sessions due to flight delays, illness, or other personal issues.
• If the camp must be cancelled due to external causes (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we will offer to move your booking to a future date or issue a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.
5. Camp Modifications & Minimum Numbers
• We reserve the right to make minor changes to the schedule if necessary.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, we may cancel the camp up to 7 days before the start. In that case, you’ll be offered a full refund or a spot in a future camp.
6. Health & Safety
• Participation is at your own risk. You must ensure you are fit and healthy for the activities involved.
• We are not responsible for injuries or accidents during the camp. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers sports activities.
7. Media Consent
• By joining the camp, you agree that we may use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear, let us know in advance.
8. Respect & Conduct
• To ensure a great experience for everyone, participants must respect other guests, coaches, and local rules.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the camp without refund in case of disruptive behavior.
